- Completion of a comprehensive Home Inspection Course from Building Specs, Inc. in Stevensville, MD
- Member of The American Society of Home Inspectors ( ASHI )
- Fully support ASHI’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics found at www.ashi.org
- BA Degree and fulfillment of a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education yearly
- Member of PA Home Inspectors Coalition ( PHIC )
